I live in sun city, but life never shines at me

So I keep a gun with me, staying ready to put bullets in anybody

On the streets as a kid, all I saw were bodies

Now I catch bodies and end lives in broad day and quiet night

Universe, forgive me for the evil I display and embody

I want to be better, but I don’t wanna die

The other day they killed my brother and raped my innocent mother

Are my tears not valued in this world like those of others ?

I hope you listen to my prayers and that one day they prevail

Taking the grey away from the rubbles of my home and providing us with
the rights that every human should be shown
